Everything you need to know before and after purchasing a Mirai Series piece.
Will I receive a physical product?
No. All Mirai Series pieces are digital files. No physical item is shipped: you download your poster, the printing guide, and the certificate of authenticity.
How and when do I download my purchase?
The download is available immediately after payment. You receive an email with access, and you can also download your files from My Account at any time.
What does each purchase include?
Each piece includes: the high-resolution poster file, the printing guide in Spanish and English (PDF), and the certificate of authenticity (PDF).
What sizes can I print?
The file is prepared for A1 (594 × 841 mm), the main size of the edition, and can be printed in A2, A3, and A4 while maintaining the aspect ratio. For larger sizes, consult with your print shop.
Where can I print the poster?
At home (up to the size your printer allows), at a local print shop, or through an online printing service. You have all the details in the Printing Guide.
What does "limited edition of 50 downloads" mean?
It means that only 50 copies of each individual piece are sold. Once that number is reached, the piece is no longer available. Complete tribes combine all five pieces from a collection into a single download. Their edition is also limited to 50 copies.
Can I download my purchase again later?
Yes. From My Account, you can redownload your files whenever you need them.
What happens if the download link doesn't work?
Try again from My Account. If the problem persists, contact us through the Contact page and we will resend you access to your files.
Is the certificate of authenticity physical?
No. It is a PDF document delivered with the download. You can save it digitally or print it on the paper and quality of your choice.
Can I gift a digital piece?
You can gift a print of the artwork without any problem. The files must not be redistributed: if you want to gift the digital piece, write to us and we will help you do it correctly.
Can I use the artwork for commercial purposes?
By default, the license is for personal use: printing and decorating your spaces. For any commercial use, please contact us first through the Contact page.
Are there refunds?
Due to the digital nature of the product, refunds are not accepted once the files have been downloaded, except in cases of technical issues with the delivered files. You can find the details in Refunds and downloads.
