Once the digital file has been made available to the customer and they have had the opportunity to download it, the 5-business-day right of withdrawal or cancellation established by law for physical products does not apply.
Upon completing the purchase and receiving the download link, the customer expressly waives their right of withdrawal, as the product has been delivered in its entirety.
No refunds will be issued once the file has been downloaded, except in cases of a verifiable technical failure in the delivery of the product.
If you experience any issues downloading your product, please contact us within the first 7 days after purchase so we can provide you with technical support.
