Usage License
This license governs the use of digital works purchased from Mirai Series. By purchasing a piece, you acquire a non-exclusive, non-transferable personal use license for the downloaded files. The intellectual property of the work remains at all times with its author, Luis Barquero Vernet.
What you can do
- ✔ Download and store the files on your devices
- ✔ Print the artwork for personal use, at home or at a print shop
- ✔ Display the artwork in private spaces: your home or personal office
- ✔ Gift a print of the artwork to another person
- ✔ Cite the work in personal contexts, giving credit to the author
What you cannot do
- ✘ Resell, distribute, or share the files, whether for free or for a fee
- ✘ Upload the files to platforms, social networks, or download websites
- ✘ Use the work for commercial purposes: advertising, merchandising, products, or packaging
- ✘ Sell prints of the artwork
- ✘ Modify the work or create derivative works for commercial purposes
- ✘ Register the work or its elements as your own trademark or logo
Edition and ownership
Each individual piece is published in a limited edition of 50 downloads. The purchase of a download does not transfer the copyright or intellectual property rights of the work, which remain with Luis Barquero Vernet in accordance with the Federal Copyright Law and other applicable regulations of the United Mexican States. The certificate of authenticity certifies the edition but does not expand the rights granted by this license.
Commercial use
If you need to use a Mirai Series work in a commercial project (publishing, advertising, product, corporate or public space), please contact us first: we can offer you a specific commercial license with its own conditions and rates.
