User/Customer: A natural person who purchases products on the Site.
Digital Products: Downloadable files (PDF, PNG, JPG, etc.) that are delivered electronically after payment.
Right of Withdrawal: The consumer's right to cancel a purchase within 5 business days (only applies to physical products according to the LFPC).
PROFECO: Federal Consumer Prosecutor's Office of Mexico. - Account Registration
You can purchase as a guest without creating an account (recommended to reduce cart abandonment).
If you choose to create an account, it is your responsibility to maintain the security of your username and password.
We reserve the right to cancel accounts with false information or fraudulent activities. - Digital Products
4.1 Product Delivery
Digital products are delivered immediately upon payment confirmation.
You will receive an email with the download links and/or access to your "My Downloads" area.
Important: Once the digital file has been made available to the customer and they have had the opportunity to download it, the right of withdrawal does not apply of 5 business days established by law for physical products (Article 56 of the LFPC).
4.2 Product Use
The acquired products are for non-commercial personal use..
The following is prohibited:
Resale or distribution of the digital files.
Use in commercial projects without an additional license.
Modification of the original design for resale.
The intellectual property of the designs remains with Mirai Series at all times. Mirai Series en todo momento. - Payment Terms
We accept payments via Pay with PayPal and credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard).
All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD)..
The customer is responsible for any applicable bank or currency conversion fees.
We do not issue refunds once the file has been downloaded, except in cases of verifiable technical failure in the delivery of the product. - Refunds and Cancellations
6.1 Refunds
Digital products: No refunds are granted once the file has been downloaded.
Exception: If the product does not download correctly or is corrupted, please contact us within 7 days of purchase to resolve the issue.
Refund process: If applicable, it will be processed within a maximum of 5 business days.
6.2 Order Cancellations
Cancellations are only accepted before the delivery of the digital product (i.e., before the customer receives the download links).
To request a cancellation, send an email to [your email] with the subject "Order Cancellation". - Intellectual Property
All designs, images, and content on the Site are the property of Mirai Series or its licensors.
By purchasing a product, you receive a limited license to use the file in your personal projects.
Intellectual property and copyright are not transferred to the customer. - Limitation of Liability
Mirai Series is not responsible for:
Technical issues on the customer's devices (e.g., format incompatibility).
Loss of files due to customer errors.
Damages arising from the misuse of the products.
The products are offered "as is" without express or implied warranty. - Indemnification
The customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Mirai Series from any claim, lawsuit, or damage arising from:
Misuse of the products.
Violation of the Terms and Conditions.
Fraudulent activities on their account. - Termination
We reserve the right to:
Close your account if you violate the Terms and Conditions.
Modify or remove products from the catalog without prior notice.
Temporarily suspend the Site for technical maintenance. - Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States, specifically:
Federal Consumer Protection Law (LFPC)
Federal Copyright Law
Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP)
Any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of Mexico City.. - Changes to the Terms
